Golf Torrequebrada
Golf Torrequebrada, founded in 1976, was designed by José Gancedo, known as the "Picasso of Golf". The main feature of its design is the diversity of the streets, the large greens and the transportation, the numerous strategically located lakes and bunkers, make the course a real test for all types of players. Along the route, more than one hundred varieties of trees provide a lush vegetation.
In 1979, Torrequebrada Golf hosted the 53rd edition of the Spanish Open where South African Dale Hayes was proclaimed the winner. Golf Torrequebrada is very well located in the heart of the Costa del Sol, just 20 minutes from Malaga Airport, Torremolinos and Fuengirola. The beach and the marina are just a few minutes away.
The Torrequebrada Golf Club House, with its panoramic views over the countryside and the Mediterranean Sea, offers all kinds of services for golfers: ProShop, changing rooms, terrace, bar-restaurant and meeting rooms.
